Objectives:  This session will give a detailed description of the international standardization work on QoS/QoE of  Multimedia services/applications (such as IPTV, Video on Demand, VoIP, Video conferencing.....) done by ITU and other bodies such as IEEE, IETF, 3GPP... The session explains also the standardised Multimedia QoS Architecture.

Objectives: This session describes the QoE and QoS Evaluation Methodologies (such as subjective and objective assessment methods) for Multimedia services/ applications (Voice, Video on demand, web browsing, IPTV ...).

​10:45 - 12:00Session 5: Measurement/ Monitoring Methodologies for QoE and QoS of Real Time Services, Web Browsing, File Transfer and QoS of Call Centers

Objectives: This session will discuss the best practices methodologies for measuring/ monitoring the QoS and QoE of Real Time services (Voice, IP Telephony, and Video conferencing), web browsing, and file transfer services in broadband networks (mobile and fixed). This session will discuss also the best practices of the QoS of Call Centers.
