Gürkan Gülcan graduated from Computer and Control Engineering of Istanbul Technical University in 2000. After 5 years of operator experience, he moved to telecommunications technology vendors for service provider segment. He received an executive MBA in 2014 from Bogazici University. Mr. Gülcan works as a Systems Engineering Manager at Cisco Systems.
