The Plenipotentiary Conference is the highest ITU policy-making body, determining our direction and activities every four years.

ITU Membership

How we are funded

To fund its work, ITU draws on membership fees from Member States, the private sector and academic institutions, as well as cost recovery activities and voluntary contributions for specific projects.
