Abstracto :

This document reports on the completion of the implementation of the Kigali Action Plan (KAP) adopted at the 2022 World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC-22), covering the period from September 2025 to December 2025. It also presents the impact framework for the implementation of the Baku Action (BAP), adopted at WTDC-25 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
The final reporting on the implementation of KAP, which complements Document WTDC-25/2(Rev.1) is provided in Document TDAG-26/2(Add 1). The impact framework for the implementation of the BAP is presented in Document TDAG-26/2(Add 2).
