Building trust and confidence in digital financial services are key to scaling up the usage. The discussion will focus on protecting consumers from fraud, including through increased financial literacy and providing adequate redress mechanisms for consumers. The situation in different countries will be examined during the discussion

This session will explore the impediments and critical success factors to achieve interoperability in digital financial services in general and digital payments in specific, on a domestic, regional and global level.
