The ITU aims to work as closely as possible with its members in order to tailor its activities to meet the ever-increasing and diverse needs of the world's developing and least developed countries.
Our network of thirteen field offices, which include regional offices in Addis Ababa (for Africa), Brasilia (for Americas), Cairo (for the Arab States), Bangkok (for Asia and Pacific), Moscow (for CIS countries), and Europe Coordination Unit at the ITU Headquarter (for European countries), help maintain direct, sustained contact with national authorities, regional telecommunication organizations and other key stakeholders.
