 | As part of reporting on city experiences in piloting the U4SSC Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Smart Sustainable Cities (SSC), the City Snapshot provides a visual overview of a city's performance against the U4SSC KPIs. It illustrates the city's performance across each dimension and subdimension, based on the benchmark values established for the respective indicators.
The assessment follows the methodology set out in Recommendation ITU-T Y.4903 "Key performance indicators for smart sustainable cities to assess the achievement of sustainable development goals", which provides the framework for measuring and benchmarking the performance of cities across the relevant dimensions.
