This report explores sustainable connectivity and digital skills models aimed at broadening digital access and skills opportunities for youth not in employment, education or training (YNEETs) in rural and township communities in South Africa. It assesses the current models being utilized by Digital Access and Skills Centres (DASCs) to achieve sustainability and highlights their important role as key enablers of digital inclusion, providers of Internet access, training, and pathways to employment.
