Documents Sync Application

1. What is the Meeting Documents Sync Application?

The Meeting Documents Sync Application* allows meeting participants to synchronize documents** of the current meeting of an ITU-T study group from the ITU server to their local drive. It has been configured to access the ITU Server in Geneva and synchronize, on demand, to the latest published documents. This application is available for all ITU-T Study Group meetings.

2. Where can I find the Meeting Documents Sync Application?

A Meeting Documents Sync Application is available for all current ITU-T study group meetings for Windows and Mac OS. The application and the user guide may be downloaded here.

3. How to use the Meeting Documents Sync Application

Download the application, save it to your Desktop and launch it. Follow the simple on-screen instructions and wait for the application to finish downloading and synchronizing the meeting documents. Detailed guidelines for installing and using the Sync Application are available here

 A TIES account is required to use the Meeting Documents Sync Application.

* The ITU Sync Application works in Windows® 2000/XP/2003/Vista/7/8. OS X 10.7 or higher.

** Study Group published documents include: Collective Letters, Contributions, Reports and Temporary Documents.
