TSB offers two main platforms to host virtual meetings:
MyMeetings and
Zoom. The section below provides some
important information regarding their features and use.
What is MyMeetings and when to use it?
MyMeetings is based on an existing open-source solution called
BigBlueButton (BBB) that has been customized by TSB to have
features found in ITU meetings. Currently, MyMeetings sessions
allow a maximum of 200 participants. We encourage the use of
MyMeetings for any statutory meeting where registration is
required.
What is Zoom and when to use it?
Zoom is a video communication service that can host very large
number of participants. The use of Zoom requires the installation
of a client service that can be found on their
website. For now, Zoom is not
integrated with ITU registration system and can only be used to
host non-statutory meetings.
