MyMeetings 4.0 - May 2022


Main changes include:

​Usability

  • Order​ users by Country or Last Name
  • Camera virtual background
  • Machine captioning (beta version)
  • View users' connection status
  • Breakout rooms
  • Reduced mirror effect when sharing screen​

Performance

  • Update of some key components (Node 14.x, Meteor 2.5) resulting in overall performance increase and stability
  • Faster platform loading and audio connection
  • Faster and more stable screen sharing

MyMeetings 3.0 - July 2021

The enhancements include: ​
  • A new “Audio/Video Settings” button added to quickly manage audio and video options without leaving the session (this replaces the old “Join/Leave Audio” button).
    This includes a “Switch audio” option to quickly change to and from “listen only” mode.​
  • One-click webcam enabling/disabling, based on your preferred video settings.​​
  • Audio reminder to remind you that you are muted when you are speaking.
  • Share audio” option for use with screen sharing, this lets participant hear the sound when playing back a video on your computer.
  • Technical Chatbot to respond instantly to your support questions.​
  • Notification pop-up for new chat messages, and easy switching between public and private chat.

MyMeetings 2.7 – March 2021

  • Audio improvements: Some bug fixes and improved audio quality. In addition, participants can now select the microphone and speaker source of their choice before joining a meeting.
  • Video/Screen share improvements: Some bug fixes, reduced bandwidth consumption for video/screen share, and higher image resolution. In addition, Safari now supports screen share, but it is limited to full screen share only. Specific application sharing with Safari is not available yet.
  • User interface (UI) improvements: Default camera position has moved to the right to preserve screen share size. Users can manually move camera(s) around (top, bottom, left and right side of the screen share).

MyMeetings 2.6 – September 2020

  • Participant's affiliation: Information on participants, such as their role, organization and country, is now introduced in meeting sessions under the participants' list banner.

MyMeetings 2.5 – September 2020

  • Captioning service: MyMeetings has integrated captioning services offered by Caption First to address accessibility needs.

MyMeetings 2.4 – August 2020

  • Multilingual support: MyMeetings is now connected to ITU meeting room systems to offer interpretation services in all six UN languages.

MyMeetings 2.3 – July 2020

MyMeetings has now a new look and feel to improve easiness and usability of its different features. In particular, certain buttons and menus have been rearranged to increase their visibility and accessibility.

In addition, MyMeetings has also introduced the following new features:

  • Timer: speaking time of participants can be monitored thanks to an integrated timer.
  • Banner: name of meeting session is displayed on the main window of MyMeetings.
  • Camera focus: increase the size of the speaker's camera using the focus feature.

MyMeetings 2.2 – June 2020

  • Floor request: Chairmen of meetings have now access to a list of raised hands in order of arrival. With this feature, chairmen can monitor (accept, reject or clear all) participants requests to speak.

MyMeetings 2.1 – June 2020

  • Improved raise hand: Raising hands for meetings is now more easier than ever. A dedicated raise hand button has been added on the bottom banner of the main meeting window. Click once to raise the hand, and a second time to lower it.

MyMeetings 2.0 – May 2019

MyMeetings has moved out of Flash and is now using HTML5 to provide greater audio and video capabilities. With HTML5, users won't need to install plugins anymore and will enjoy a lighter and faster access to meetings.

MyMeetings 1.0 – January 2019

TSB is proud to announce the release of its latest remote participation service for ITU-T virtual and hybrid meetings, which is based on BigBlueButton open source solution. It offers:
  • audio and video communication
  • list of participants
  • public and private chat
  • raise hand
  • screenshare
  • file upload
  • polls
  • meeting recording
In addition, TSB IT team has customized the solution to :
  • restrict access to meetings based on CRM registration
  • encrypt meeting URLs
