Note 1: The program and time schedule are subject to change.
Note 2: The program of sessions 1 and 2 would be based on number of requests for presentation from the interested bodies.
Note 3: For planning purposes: Session 1 presentations are anticipated to be ~ 10 mins each as the submission details have already been received by WP 5D and the IEGs. Session 2 presentations are anticipated to be ~ 20 mins each. Session 1 and Session 2 will have separate Q & A sessions outside of the presentation time slots.
Individual presentation slot time may be extended/allocated as the program evolves as indicated in Note 2 and the deadlines in Section 7 above.
The workshop will run from the 10th to 11th of December 2019 in conjunction with the 33rd meeting of WP 5D.
Please refer to Attachment 2 for the anticipated high level time plan of the workshop and the WP 5D meeting.
In addition, in the course of meeting #33, the IEGs and proponents may wish to participate in the discussions in certain sessions of Working Party 5D meeting on Thursday and Friday.
WP 5D delegates, representatives from the proponents of the RITs/SRITs and representatives of the registered independent evaluation groups.

7. Critical deadlines
The following deadlines are established to facilitate the arrangements of the workshop programme and to permit the convener to finalize the workshop organization and time allocations to the speakers.
- Deadline for participants to register 10 December 2019
- Convener provides consolidated workshop materials: 3 December 2019
- Final presentation ready materials to convener: 25 November 2019
- Request to present to convener (copy to SG 5 Counsellor): before 15 November 2019
