ITU Regional Workshop for CIS on Development of eGovernment as One of the Conditions of Integration into the Global Information Society, Moscow, Russian Federation, 25-27 November 2013

This Workshop is aimed at sharing practical experience in the development of e-Government in the CIS countries. In particular, the Workshop will cover issues, such as:

• policy, strategy, and legislative aspects of e-Government development;
• evaluation and monitoring of e-Government development level (ICT development index, UN Global eGovernment Development Index and others);
• types of services provided by eGovernment;
• creation of centralized integrated eGovernment data bases;
• experience in designing and implementation of state services portals;
• systems of identification and authentification of eGovernment Service Users.
