Doreen Bogdan-Martin was elected Director of the ITU Telecommunication Development Bureau on the 1st of November 2018.  She took office on the 1st of January 2019.
She is a strategic leader with 30 years of high-level experience in international and inter-governmental relations and a long history of success in policy and strategy development, analysis and execution. She has advised governments from around the world on policy and regulatory issues, and is a regular presenter at high-level international forums and summits.  ​​

An expert in cybersecurity and network infrastructure, Nick Espinosa has consulted with clie​nts ranging from small businesses up to the Fortune 100 level. Nick founded Windy City Networks, Inc in 1998 at age 19 and was acquired by BSSi2 LLC in 2013 where he is their CIO. In 2015 Security Fanatics, a Cybersecurity/Cyberwarfare outfit dedicated to designing custom Cyberdefense strategies for medium to enterprise corporations, was launched. A nationally recognized speaker, member of the Forbes Technology Council, TEDx Speaker, regular columnist for Forbes, award winning co-author of a bestselling book "Easy Prey", host of "The Deep Dive" nationally syndicated radio show, on the Board of Advisors for Roosevelt University's College of Arts and Sciences as well as their Center for Cyber and Information Security and is the Official Spokesperson for the COVID-19 Cyber Threat Coalition. Nick is known as an industry thought leader and sought after for his advice on the future of technology and how it will impact every day businesses and consumers. 

Andrea Rigoni has been working in Cyber Security for more than 30 years. Andrea is Partner in Deloitte Risk Advisory. In Deloitte. Andrea leads Cyber in the Government and Public Services industry globally, working with many large governments and international organizations to improve their Cyber strategies and capabilities. Andrea joined Deloitte through the acquisition of his company Intellium, that he co-founded as a spin-off of Booz Allen Hamilton, where he worked previously. Andrea also served the Italian Prime Minister office between 2013 and 2014 as advisor to Cybersecurity: in his role, Andrea developed the Italian Digital Identity framework and co-developed the Italian National Cybersecurity strategy and framework. Andrea is also advisor to the UN/ITU on Cybersecurity, as well as a member of the Global Forum for Cyber Expertise (GFCE).  He is also a member of the Italian Government Committee on Artificial Intelligence.  He continues to support Italian government strategy on Cyber and he is advisor to many international organisations as United Nations and NATO. Andrea has an extensive experience in Cyber Security developed with Governments and Critical Infrastructures in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Andrea teaches Cyber Security Governance at various Italian universities.  Andrea is working for NATO and United Nations as advisor on Cyber Defence: he has been co-director of many Cyber Defence projects in Italy, Switzerland, Georgia, Ukraine, Armenia and Jordan.

Irfan Hemani is the Head of Cyber Security Strategy, Security & International teams at the UK's Department for​ Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS). He is the Author of the Harvard Belfer Center's National Cyber Power Index and the Non-executive Director at a UK not for profit organization focusing on Health and Mental Wellbeing in local communities. Previously, Irfan worked in Deloitte's Technology Risk Advisory team.

Chris Gibson is the Executive Director of the Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams Inc. (FIRST).  He has over 15 years of leadership experience and knowledge of the cybersecurity industry. He is well versed in FIRST’s mission having spent nearly ten years on the Board of FIRST, five years as Chief Financial Officer and two as Board Chair. 
He joined FIRST following Orwell Group where he was Chief Information Security Officer. Chris brings incredibly strong knowledge and experience of cybersecurity standards, processes and training from his work in the private sector with Citigroup and in the public sector where he built and ran CERT-UK, the UK’s first national Computer Emergency Response Team within the UK Government’s Cabinet Office. 
Chris works closely with the Board of Directors to ensure annual programs are achieved within budget and help raise funds for these programs. 
He acts as the organization spokesperson to engage with an international community of policymakers on cybersecurity challenges. 

Ms. Akvile Giniotiene is Head of Cyber and New Technologies Unit at the United Nations Counter Terrorism Centre, Office of Counter-Terrorism. In this tenure, she substantively supports Member States, international and regional organisations and UN entities in raising awareness of the terrorist cyber-threat and enhancing technical capacities required to prevent and counter terrorist and violent extremist groups misusing the Internet and new technologies. Prior to joining the United Nations, she had served in different capacities for the Government of the Republic of Lithuania for nearly two decades, including as the Deputy Director of the State Security Department, Deputy Chair of National Security Authority and Head of Plans and Policy in the Defence Intelligence Agency. After retiring from the public service in 2015, with a rank of Lieutenant Colonel, she has dedicated her work to cybersecurity and has been an active participant of international cybersecurity dialogue and capacity building initiatives and assisted governments in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America in the development of national cybersecurity strategies and critical information infrastructure protection frameworks.  

Samuel Sanders Visner is the Director of the National Cybersecurity Federally Funded Research and Development Center (MITRE), sponsored by the National Institute of Science and Technology (appointed October, 2017), focused on the cybersecurity of the nation’s business and critical infrastructures. Sam was appointed in 2020 as a member of the Board of Directors of the Oak Ridge Associated Universities, and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Space Information Sharing and Analysis Center. Sam also serves as member of the Cyber Council of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance, and the Cyber Committee of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association. Sam is an adjunct professor of Science and Technology in International Affairs at Georgetown University, where he teaches a course on cybersecurity policy, operations, and technology. Sam is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Atlantic Council, and is a member of the Intelligence Community Studies Board, sponsored by the National Academy of Science and serving the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Sam is also a member of the Army Science Board. Sam served previously as Senior Vice President at ICF (General Manager, Cybersecurity and Resilience), Vice President at CSC (General Manager, CSC Global Cybersecurity), Senior Vice President at SAIC, and as Chief of Signals Intelligence Programs at the National Security Agency, from which he received the Agency's highest award for civilian service. Sam also served as a member of the Board of Directors, CVG/Avtec (2008-2010). Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in International Politics from Georgetown University and a master’s degree in Telecommunications from Washington University. Sam served twice on the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Task Force of the Defense Science Board, and has published articles on national and cybersecurity in World Politics Review, the Georgetown Journal of International Affairs, and the Defense Intelligence Journal. Sam is married to Antoinette (Toni) Burnham, Washington DC's leading urban beekeeper.

Pratima Pradhan is a Sr.ICT officer and joined BtCIRT in January 2020. Prior she had been working with the Application Division under the Department of IT & Telecom , MoIC Bhutan since 2012. Pratima received the Australian Awards and completed a Masters in Cyber Security in 2019 from Edith Cowan University, Western Australia​.
