  • ITU and the GFCE are founding partners of the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE) where cybersecurity capacity building activities and best practices are shared.
  • ITU and GFCE collaborated on cybersecurity activities such as “Combatting Cybercrime Toolkit”, and the national CIRTs, 
  • GFCE & ITU are co-initiators of the CSIRT Maturity initiative.​
