Aliya Almatova and
Adilet Aisautov, representatives of the ITU regional project "Digital Government Cooperation for Central Asian and Caucasus Countries," actively participated in the
Global Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) Summit held from November 4-6 in Cape Town, South Africa. The event brought together global leaders and experts in digital government transformation to share experiences and best practices.
Participation in the Summit marked a significant contribution to promoting advanced developments from the CIS region on the global arena. A key highlight was the presentation of the new GovStack "Data Analytics" building block, which is based on the cutting-edge solution from "National Information Technologies" JSC (Kazakhstan) – the Smart Data Ukimet.
The Smart Data Ukimet system is supposed to be included in the global repository of the GovStac initiative as a global Digital Public Good. This opens opportunities for its adoption by other countries to analyze data and support informed decision-making in the public sector.
The active participation in the summit underscores the growing role of CIS countries as providers of modern technological solutions and reaffirms Kazakhstan's commitment to the principles of openness and international cooperation in building an effective digital state.
