The International Telecommunication Union (ITU), in collaboration with the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, is organizing a two-day in-person training in Dushanbe from 19–20 November 2026. The event is delivered as part of the UN Expertise-on-Demand assistance program.
The training will cover the following topics:
- Digital Public Infrastructure: Fundamentals, digital identity, electronic signatures, data exchange, and system interoperability.
- Data & Privacy: Data governance, analytics, privacy protection, and consent management.
- AI in Government: Introduction, use cases, and adoption strategies for the open-source tool ITU GENIE.ai.
