Technical webinar "Essential components of a functional, citizen-centric digital government. Building blocks deep-dive" (online, 18 September, 2025)

A series of technical webinars dedicated to digital transformation of government and 
the GovStack building blocks, will be held in September 2025 - January 2026. Digital transformation using replicable and scalable building blocks allows to provide functional, citizen-oriented digital governance within a reasonable timeframe, and to avoid duplication of functions by public institutions.

Webinars are organized in the course of implementation of the regional project "Digital Government Cooperation for Central Asian and Caucasus countries", that is being implemented under the regional initiative 3 "Creating an enabling legal and regulatory environment to accelerate digital transformation".

At the webinars, GovStack experts will deep-dive into the technical specifications of the building blocks, while the project-beneficiaries will share their country experiences in localizing open source solutions.

Webinars are organized within the framework of the project "Digital Government Cooperation for Central Asian and Caucasus countries", that is being implemented by the International Telecommunication Union with technical support of JSC NITEC (Kazakhstan) and financial support of the Eurasian Development Bank.​
