ITU Arab Regional Office in collaboration with Institut National des Postes et Télécommunications (INPT) of Morocco will organize the ITU Capacity Building Programme on Quadplay: Costing and Pricing of Infrastructure Access for Arab Region, in Rabat-Morocco, from 9-12 July 2018.
This Capacity Building Programme aims to:
- Build knowledge and skills of policy makers, regulators, telecom operators, and academia on strategic cost modelling in quad play environment (Next Generation Networks, Next Generation Access and Mobile Networks).
- Understand how cost models are built and the various building blocks;
- Acquire skills on using cost models (fixed, mobile, core) for decision making on pricing and costing strategies in a Quadplay environment;
- Understand telecommunication/ICT economic and financial priorities in the region.
This training is targeted at managers, engineers and technical staff from regulators, policy makers, telecom operators and academia, who are interested in costing and pricing of Next Generation Network, Next Generation Access and Mobile Networks.
