​​Scope of collaboration: 
  • The ITU and the ECSO started collaborating on cybersecurity related matters in 2018 with the participation in the Global Cybersecurity Index.
  • ECSO also attended the weightage assignment meeting of GCI in May 2018 and further provided weightage for the score calculation of GCI 2018 indicators. 
  • ITU uses their shared best practices on Public-private Partnerships (PPP) of Member States (especially Europe region) on cyber related issues.
