Step one: Create your user account
participant, if you are
not yet in possession of your account (Internet user account or TIES username), then you have to
user account. Once created, the account will allow you to
complete and submit the registration form in order to attend any ITU meetings that is using this pilot registration system, if your entity is entitled to participate. For those who attended the CWGs in October 2016, February and September 2017, January 2018, you should normally already have a user account.
Step two: Complete the registration form
Once the user account is created, each participant will need to
complete and submit the online registration form. Remote participation
and visa assistance requests must be processed
online directly from the registration form. Participation can only be agreed once the request has been
validated by your Focal Point (or by the Governing Bodies Secretariat for non-members attending Open Consultation meetings). The

Step to be followed by Registration Focal Points:
A Registration Focal Point (DFP) is someone who has been officially designated by his Administration/Entity to act as contact person in order to deal with registration matters regarding his Administration/Entity. These Administrations/Entities must be part of the ITU Membership.
