  • Registration of participants for all Council Working Groups and Expert Groups, and Council sessions is done via the CRM system. Each participant must individually complete the registration form, which will be automatically transmitted to the Focal point for approval. Information on registration for the next meetings is available here.
  • Meetings of Council Working Groups as well as the Council are audio-webcasted and can be followed from an internet connected laptop or PC. Access to audio-feeds is restricted to TIES users.

Remote Participation

​The Secretariat is providing webconferencing facilities for Council Working Groups. Remote active participation can be provided upon request; kindly note that there is no remote facility for Council sessions. 

Delegates who decide to participate remotely will be able to:
  • Follow presentations and documents presented in the ITU Conference Room
  • Join the audio-conference using callback (to a local landline number)
  • Listen to the English feed of the discussions from the meeting room as well as interventions by other remote participants
  • Communicate with the remote conference host and other participants via chat
  • Make interventions via the audio-conference bridge. ​This will be heard by delegates in the meeting room as well as other remote participants
  • Raise hand to request the floor 
The conference will be recorded and available once the Working Group has finished.
