The Single Platform of Government Agencies integrates all the websites of local executive bodies and central government agencies into a single and convenient structure and is a one-stop window for information obtainment and population interaction with the government agencies.
The platform is a constructor of over 3655 websites, where an employee of a government agency can post news in 1 minute and even create a website in 15 minutes via a personal account without any web-developer skills. The platform allowed Kazakhstan to significantly reduce siloed public agencies’ expenditures for server infrastructure, web-developer services, and information security, resulting in savings of approximately $4 million of the state budget.
