AREAS OF WORK: ​​

​1 Overview of the current situation and needs of countries

Analysis of the current progress on building a digital government with a description of the technical stack (not published).
​

2 ​​Creating a regional platform for sharing experiences, demonstrating best practices, and identifying potential partners

Publication of information on technical stack and use cases.  


3 ​Raising awareness of the GovStack approach and understanding of best practices and available resources for effective digital transformation

Conducting a series of technical webinars on various components of digital government. Facilitating bilateral exchange of experience. 

4 Promoting best practices of countries in the region in the international arena

​Involving countries in the preparation of international technical specifications based on their own open-source solutions. Preparation of scenarios and prototypes for the implementation of solutions.​​
