Shiba's technical expertise is in gender transformative programming and policy advocacy. She has been leading adolescent focused programming and mainstreaming gender and inclusion in South Asia. Based in Nepal, Shiba has previously worked with Plan International, Government of Nepal, Oxford Policy Management and several other organizations on gender mainstreaming and climate change.
