| Toan is currently managing UNESCO Bangkok’s programmes in ICT in education policy development and digital skills development for teachers and students. His focus is on supporting governments to systematically strengthen education policies for digital transformation, while ensuring that the use of ICT in education is inclusive, equitable and sustainable in the digital learning era.
An enthusiastic and driven thinker with a global perspective, he has worked around the world in diverse roles in human-centred design, technology startups, and entrepreneurship.
