• “Telecom 2” and “Telecom 3” project for digital switching and OSP financed by KfW bank of Germany. 2000-2002
• MON-4 project: For eastern region optic fiber network project financed by EDCF of Korea. 2002-2003
• Rural communication development project financed by JICA. 2003
• E-government master plan supported from KIPA of Korea 2004-2005
