Young ICT Leaders' Forum 2015

The Busan Metropolitan City joinlty with the National Information Society Agency (NIA) and  in close collaboration with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) organized the “Young ICT Leaders’ Forum 2015” which was held during 9-11 December 2015 at BEXCO, Exhibition Hall 2 in Busan, the Republic of Korea.

 

The forum,  hosted by Busan Metropolitan City, comprises three parts i.e.
   1)   2-day Conference;
   2)   Welcome Reception; and,
   3)   Half-day Fam Tour.

The programme seeks to, inter alia:
   •   inform and empower the next generation of ICT policy makers,
   •   assist Member States in developing the capacity of their young professionals,
   •   ensure that the Union benefits from new and innovative ideas, and
   •   nurture knowledge and skills exchange at an international level.

The goal of this forum is to present a community to Young ICT Leaders whereby they could share ideas and innovative concepts for the advancement of future IoT industry. More importantly the forum is aimed to offer a common window between participants and the industry with a strong networking opportunity for their professional development and thereby a potential positive social contribution to their own local community.
