Además de ofrecer una breve reseña del Reglamento de Radiocomunicaciones en lo relativo a los servicios espaciales e informaciones generales consistentes en estadísticas, un diagrama de la base de datos, cuadros y los formularios de notificaciones AP4, el Servicio de Sistemas de Red Espacial en Línea permite al usuario navegar libremente a través de la base de datos y efectuar sus propias consultas especiales para recuperar datos de acuerdo con determinados parámetros de entrada y acceder a los cuadros de referencia y descripciones de los datos utilizados en el sistema, que se actualizan dos veces por semana. Este servicio constituye un instrumento de referencia esencial para los organismos oficiales, empresas de explotación de telecomunicaciones públicas y privadas, fabricantes, entidades científicas e industriales, organizaciones internacionales, consultores, escuelas técnicas, universidades, etc. Gratuito para los usuarios TIES. The BR International Frequency Information Circular (BR IFIC) Terrestrial Services is a consolidated regulatory publication issued once every two weeks by the Radiocommunication Bureau, pursuant to the Radio Regulations (Nos. 20.1 to 20.6 and No. 20.15) and various regional agreements. It contains information on the frequency assignments/allotments submitted by administrations to the Radiocommunication Bureau for recording in the Master International Frequency Register and in the various regional or worldwide Plans.The information published corresponds to the recorded assignments/allotments as well as the notifications in process. The BR IFIC may be consulted directly from the DVD-ROM without installing the data and software (some 4 GB). The BR IFIC contains the query software TerRaQ, the program TerRaNotices for creation and validation of electronic notices, the program TerRaNV for validation of electronic notice files generated by administrations, and the Preface in PDF format. The BR IFIC (Space Services) DVD-ROM is published at the same time.

BR IFIC Space Services is a service publication published every two weeks by the Radiocommunication Bureau in accordance with provision Nos. 20.1-20.6 and No. 20.15 of the Radio Regulations. It contains information on the frequency assignments to space stations, Earth stations or radioastronomy stations submitted by administrations to the Radiocommunication Bureau for recording in the Master International Frequency Register, as well as those that are submitted under the relevant provisions of the Radio Regulations or that are subject to the Appendices 30, 30A and 30B Plans. The information published corresponds to the recorded assignments as well as the notifications still being processed. The SRS database formerly sold separately is now available only in this DVD-ROM. Online access to the ISO copy of each DVD is available for separate purchase or to subscribers of the DVD, upon request.

Measuring the Information Society Report

The 10th edition of the Measuring the Information Society Report, an annual report published by ITU since 2009, features key ICT data and benchmarking tools to measure the information society. The report presents a quantitative analysis of the information society and highlights new and emerging trends and measurement issues. The 2018 report will present the current state of ICTs using data collected by ITU from its Member States. The report will also feature chapters on ICT skills for the future, revenue and investment in the telecommunication sector and ICT prices. The report will include again individual country profiles providing a snapshot of the latest ICT landscape and efforts made to increase ICT access and use. The analytical report is complemented by a series of statistical tables providing country-level data for the indicators included in the ITU ICT Price Basket.

Exceptionally, the pdf format of Volume 1 is now available free of charge via the BDT statistical pages Link. Other versions can be purchased below as they are made available, with the complete zipped set of Volume 1 and potentially forthcoming Volume 2 expected in January 2019. World Telecommunication/ICT Indicators Database USB Key

The World Telecommunication/ICT Indicators database on USB Key and online contains time series data for the years 1960, 1965, 1970 and annually from 1975 to 2017 for more than 180 telecommunication/ICT statistics covering fixed-telephone networks, mobile-cellular telephone subscriptions, quality of service, Internet (including fixed- and mobile-broadband subscription data), traffic, staff, prices, revenue, investment and statistics on ICT access and use by households and individuals. Selected demographic, macroeconomic and broadcasting statistics are also included. For the June release, data for 2017 are available for selected indicators such as fixed-telephone subscriptions, mobile-cellular telephone subscriptions, international Internet bandwidth, fixed (wired)-broadband subscriptions and percentage of individuals using the Internet. Data for over 200 economies are available.

Availability of new Dec 2018 Database on USB key expected beg-Feb 2019. Pre-orders now accepted.
