account the variables of capacity, safety and hygiene measures of the attractions.

4.3.1 Challenge
In a changing environment in which destinations are struggling to maintain their competitiveness,
the management body has the critical role of implementing a cooperation strategy between the
different businesses to increase their productivity and therefore that of the destination through
synergies among the different players.
