Contribution :	What trends in information and communication technologies should ITU consider while planning its strategy? Today trend-world globalization requested to focus on standardization. -Develop and improve requirements and normatives for resilience of telecom sevices, providers, vendors depending on status of market expansion (due national, regional, global market status. How? I can explain in further.). Agreement with governances to develope and implement Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery programs (with referncies to best practice and standards) on all level of local critical telecom service providers. Create new standard and recommendation in that area. -Stimulate to develope simple, achivable telecom devices and services for all around world. -Develop and improve requirements and normatives for establish global, regional Early Warning System (EWS) via all critical telecommunication networks and devices on main and on alternative levels. Support for creating of requirements for awareness on EWS-s of consumers of telecommunication services. Tune existing EWS-s to one unique standard. ps: Environment is unstable than humans guessed. Telecommunication developed rapidly than humans can learn. ITU is able to meet humans expectation more than ITU current contribution. Vendors& providers are capable to accept requirement of ITU than to avoid them. Governances are responsible-intrested party to assure community (humans) based telecom in locally and integrate them to globally than to ask (international aid agencies) help in emergency.
