Council Working Group on Financial and Human Resources

Overview

The Council Working Group on Financial and Human Resources (CWG-FHR) was set up in 2011 to examine the provisions of the Financial Regulations and Financial Rules, with a view towards ensuring conformity and consistency with the basic instruments of the Union, decisions of the Plenipotentiary Conference and the Council, as well as the evolving needs of the ITU.

Terms of Reference

The Council, at its 2023 session (11-21 July 2023), approved the modified Terms of Reference for the Council Working Group on Financial and Human Resources.

SUBMISSION OF CONTRIBUTIONS

In accordance with Council Decision 556, contributions must be submitted to contributions @ itu.int no later than 12 calendar days before the opening of the meeting.
