This joint session of the CWG-SFP and the CWG-FHR will be held physically on Sunday, 20 March 2022, from 1000 to 1200 hours (Geneva time, CET) at ITU headquarters in Geneva (Switzerland), Room C.
Remote participation will be offered for those who will be unable to attend onsite.
This joint session will be followed in the afternoon by the fourth meeting of the CWG-SFP.

Important information for onsite participants
The registration desk will open at the ITU headquarters, Montbrillant building, as follow:
- on Friday, 18 March, from 1400 to 1600 hours
- on Sunday, 20 March, from 0830 to 1200 hours (closed on Saturday).
Registered delegates are kindly requested to present a passport or photo identification card in order to collect their badges.
Currently, wearing a mask is still mandatory within the ITU buildings.
