​Ms. Dorijn Boogaard, Project advisor at ECP | Platform for the Information Society

Dorijn Boogaard works as a project advisor at ECP | Platform for the Information Society. Her focus areas include the public-private partnership for online content moderation, the Netherlands Internet Governance Forum, and Young ECP. Prior ​to joining ECP, she gained experience in public affairs and corporate social responsibility (CSR) at the cybersecurity company ESET. In her work, she strives for a more inclusive digital future by amplifying the voices of young people in the dialogue on digitalisation. 


​Ms. Fenna Timsi, UN Youth Representative on Human Rights and Security of the Netherlands 

Fenna, the Dutch UN Youth Representative for Human Rights and Security, is a vocal advocate for inclusive education, gender equality, reproductive rights, migrant rights, and youth participation. Formerly with Amnesty International, she orchestrated campaigns blending dialogue, art, and online activism, notably influencing legislation to center consent in Dutch rape laws. She envisions a world where youth can thrive in digital and physical spaces, accessing education and resources freely. As an Applied Physics student, Fenna embraces technology's potential to drive sustainability and justice. With a resolute focus on intergenerational solidarity, youth participation and social justice, Fenna diligently collects the perspectives of young people throughout the Netherlands, actively seeking and co-creating with the voice of marginalized groups and amplifying their voices on matters of Human Rights and Security on the international stage. 


Ms. Léa Roubinet, Master Digital, New Technology and Public Policy Sciences Po School of Public Affairs

Léa Roubinet is a young French digital public policy specialist with experience in digital diplomacy and cybersecurity. She is deeply interested in digital impacts on citizens and has previously worked on projects related to digital commons, decentralized social networks and internet weaponization. She is pursuing a master's degree at Sciences Po Paris School of Public Affairs. ​​


Ms. Athéna Vassilopoulos, Digital transformation consultant for the public sector

Athéna is a young professional with an interdisciplinary background working as digital transformation consultant for the public sector. In her free time, she volunteers for ngos active in digital inclusion. 


Ms. Altea Kenuti, Computer Engineering student at Polytechnic University of

Tirana Altea is a dedicating computer engineer student. Driven by a thirst for knowledge and a tireless energy she dedicates her time volunteering and collaborating with organisations to improve lives of vulnerable communities. Inspired by the strong women in her life, Altea is always seeking opportunities to empower others. Her creative intellect, courage to break barriers and passion to advocate for woman in technology make her a source of inspiration in celebrating woman's leadership. 

Ms. Franka Weckner, Research Assistant, the Institute for Private International Law

Franka Weckner is a law student and research assistent at Heidelberg University and active in the field of International Internet Governance. As Youth Envoy of the ITU, the German Youth Delegate of the United Nations, and Track Sherpa of the G7 Youth Advisory Group, she participated in many global events, such as the United Nations General Assembly, the Internet Governance Forum and the ITU-WTDC in Ruanda. 


​Ms. Natálie Terčová, Ph.D. candidate in Media Studies at Masaryk University 

Natálie Terčová is a research specialist and a Ph.D. candidate in Media Studies at Masaryk University, focusing on the digital skills of adolescents. She is also the founder of the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) Czechia, Vice Facilitator on the Board of the Internet Society, Youth Standing Group, and 2024 Early Career Fellow at Internet Society. She served as a Generation Connect European Youth Envoy 2022-2023.
