The ITU Centres of Excellence (CoE) programme offers continuous education to ICT professionals and executives in the public and private spheres through face-to-face or distance learning programmes. With the support from multilateral and regional organizations, CoE networks have been established in all ITU regions. The current network is composed of 29 Centres across the globe, including 6 in Europe. All trainings conclude with testing component.
