This training aims to introduce participants to modern and advanced digital television systems, in particular to systems of digital production and broadcasting, media information compression, image quality assessment and management, and sound accompaniment. It will focus on topics that address digital television legal framework; standard definition television (SDTV); high definition television (HDTV) ultra high definition television (UHDTV); stereoscopic and multi-angle television; multimedia and interactive video applications; video information and digital cinema systems; development strategy for companies working in the field of digital television and determination of tariffs for digital television services.
The training will be held in Russian.
