Currently, I am working with one of the well-known fashion brands in Bali, Simply Seven. Being a Brand Operations Manager is exactly what you would think it is like. I'm the colleague at work that everyone wants to know but nobody wants to be. If you want to finish your work, you come to me - everyone knows that! Yet, no one wants to do what I do because of the amount of personal time & effort that goes into being everyone's go-to.
Thank God, I'm obsessed with staying organized and making everyone's life easier because it brings me such genuine happiness whenever I am available to take the burden off my loved ones' shoulders. I always do anything I can to enhance that, especially for the team I work with.
The most important lesson being a manager has taught me? How to likely live around plain sailing people. I will be so excited to help others' dreams come true, but I understand the importance of holding my own - If you don't have any experience or come with an empty hand but a big heart to expand your knowledge, I will do anything to help you - It helps me to reach my stability when I do Sharing and Teaching, just what I like it to be.
