HEAN Samboeun has worked for almost 12 years in Higher Education institutions and research works in laboratories during his study at Taganrog Institute of Technology, Southern Federal University, Russia in 2008 for Artificial Intelligence System Specialization and at University of Namur, Belgium in 2012 for Data Security and Privacy. Comprehensive and advanced knowledge in Fuzzy Logical and Privacy-Role Based Access Control, which are methods for developing an automated system and high security. Beside the Artificial Intelligent Method and the Data Privacy and Security Domain, His interested in E-Learning Models (Flipped and Blended Learning), and Strategic Partnership Development. Moreover, He has trained as Subject Mater Expert and Instructional Designer for Online Content Development and he became a Director of E-Learning Center at Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) from 2013 to 2018, In that period he has promoted the online models in Higher Education and provided e-Learning Contents to student around 5K.
2018 until now, Samboeun’s role is Vice President of the National Institute at Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT), which is under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, He leads the Education and Training Programs for Digital Talent. At CADT, with the team he has been improving the curriculum, providing teaching and learning approaches to teachers, designing training models to maximize the learning outcomes. |
