The Arab Regional Office of the International
Telecommunication Union (ITU) is organizing the above-mentioned workshop in Algiers - Algeria from 1 to 5 Dec. 2019, at the kind invitation of the Agence Nationale des Fréquences (ANF)
of Algeria.
Since spectrum planning and policy form one of the cornerstones for Modern spectrum management, this training workshop aims at providing insights about the international and national frameworks in which policy formulation takes place, the trends and reform initiatives which have influenced policy and the principles and the objectives that guide policy decisions as well as the tools used to capture and evaluate information which goes into the development of policies.
This workshop is designed to address mid to senior level management from policy makers, regulators, corporate executives and managers undertaking spectrum management responsibilities in their respective organizations and especially its strategic planning and policy side.
