Within the framework of the cooperation signed in 2021 betwupdateen the International Telecommunications Union and the Gran Chaco Foundation, the
“Youth Digital Inclusion Seminar: Empowerment in the Digital World” will be held on 11 and 12 of October, 2023, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
This event, which will be held at the Salon Carlos Valiente Noailles of the Navarro Viola Foundation, is
completely in person and in Spanish. Spaces are limited.
The main objective is to promote a space aimed at exchanging good practices related to the inclusion and empowerment of young people in the digital world, especially in remote communities, with a view to innovation, entrepreneurship and the development of digital skills, offering means for youth to empower themselves through digital technologies and actively participate in the digital economy.
The seminar is aimed at representatives of government entities, the private sector, regional and international organizations, academia and civil society entities that work to promote the active participation of youth in development programs based on information technologies and communication (ICT), in order to expand their opportunities in society, education, work and the economy.
