AgroConecta seeks to bring agricultural knowledge closer to those who need it, using different communication channels to facilitate contact between producers and professionals in the agricultural sector.
The installed solution allows you to receive and manage calls and messages, incorporate channels such as WhatsApp and organize queries through a multichannel platform. This will allow a question to be recorded, attended to and, when necessary, referred to the appropriate specialist.
AgroConecta is a mechanism so that the knowledge generated by CENTA, ENA, MAG, FAO and other institutions can reach the producer in a more timely manner.
