Stakeholder Validation and Capacity Building Workshop to Review the Legislative Frameworks on e-Commerce (e-Transactions)
The HIPCAR Stakeholder Validation and Capacity Building Workshop to review the Legislative Framework on e-Commerce (e-Transactions) was held in Basseterre (25-27 September 2012), kindly hosted by the Government of St. Christopher and Nevis, and co-organized with the HIPCAR Project.
The objectives of the Workshop were to validate and adopt the proposed framework for e-Transactions Policy, Legislation and Regulations based on the HIPCAR Model Policy and Legislative Texts.
