First Stakeholder Consultation to Review the Legislative Frameworks on Privacy and Data Protection, and Public Access to Information (Freedom of Information)
The HIPCAR Stakeholder Consultation Workshop to review the Legislative Frameworks on Privacy and Data Protection, and Public Access to Information (Freedom of Information) was held in St. Kitts (29-30 April 2013), kindly hosted by the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis (GoSKN), the Department of Information Technology, in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs and co-organized with the HIPCAR Project.
The objectives of the Workshop were to review the proposals for reform of the aforementioned frameworks to facilitate harmonization in accordance with the HIPCAR Model Policy Guidelines and Legislative Text.
