A​ new toolkit, Bridging the Digital Innovation Divide, has been developed by ITU to help countries develop a Digital Innovation Framework, a set of policies and projects that foster national innovation. Competitiveness, in an increasing open global economy, requires new approaches to develop an enabling digital environment across sectors. While many countries enjoy flourishing digital innovation ecosystems and visionary ICT policies, others are challenged to reach sustainable growth that can create jobs and ensure inclusion for all. This tool will support countries to bridge this divide. Read more!
