Visible light for broadband communications

This Report aims to shed light on how, in which way, and to what extent the use of (near) visible light communication (VLC) (or Optical Wireless Communication) can help ease the congestion in the radio spectrum. The development of new technologies, coupled with the use of visible light communication, could be an interesting combination and possibly conducive to a more efficient use of the radio spectrum.
