This Report provides typical characteristics for telemetry, tracking and command in the space operation service below 1 GHz for NGSO satellite networks with short duration missions. Besides orbital parameters, the typical RF parameters in VHF and UHF are summarized for the space-to-Earth and the Earth-to-space directions. In addition, information on unwanted emissions is provided in order to aid sharing and compatibility studies.
