Dr. Irma Aracely Quispe Neira, a Peruvian American engineer, has excelled in aerospace engineering, leading major NASA and STScI space operations. With seven degrees in sciences and engineering, she’s directed pivotal missions, including the James Webb Space Telescope. Aracely also researches Andean deglaciation, mentors future engineers, and promotes STEM careers, leaving a lasting legacy.
