The photo exhibition Not a woman’s job? is organized by the Perception Change Project at the United Nations Office at Geneva with the participation of the European Organization for Nuclear Research and the International Telecommunication Union.

The Organizers have invited ITU stakeholders to submit photos featuring the achievements and stories of women (18+) who have challenged gender stereotypes and overcome barriers in the field of science and technology.

Jocelle Batapa‑Sigue, currently Undersecretary at the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), is a lawyer, co‑founder of the National ICT Confederation of the Philippines (NICP), an Outstanding Women in the Nation’s Service (TOWNS) awardee, and an Eisenhower and Asia Society fellow advocating for digital innovation, inclusivity in creating a tech‑enabled, citizen‑centric government, and domestic and international collaboration.
