Changing Faces of Science and Tech

The photo exhibition Not a woman’s job? is organized by the Perception Change Project at the United Nations Office at Geneva with the participation of the European Organization for Nuclear Research and the International Telecommunication Union.

The Organizers have invited ITU stakeholders to submit photos featuring the achievements and stories of women (18+) who have challenged gender stereotypes and overcome barriers in the field of science and technology.

Prof. Dr. Angela Maas is a ground‑breaking Dutch cardiologist and the first professor in cardiology for women in the Netherlands. She is an expert in the female heart. She has shattered ceilings with pioneering research on how women’s and men’s heart diseases should be viewed and treated. She is one of the most influential female doctors in Dutch healthcare.
