Changing Faces of Science and Tech
The photo exhibition Not a woman’s job? is organized by the Perception Change Project at the United Nations Office at Geneva with the participation of the European Organization for Nuclear Research and the International Telecommunication Union.
The Organizers have invited ITU stakeholders to submit photos featuring the achievements and stories of women (18+) who have challenged gender stereotypes and overcome barriers in the field of science and technology.
Celebrating women who dare to lead, innovate and forge new paths in science and tech:
Charmaine Gauci is Malta’s Superintendent of Public Health with the role to safeguard and enhance the health status of the population. Qualified as a medical doctor and specialized in public health (MSc, PhD, EPIET, fellow of UK Faculty of Public Health) and a professor at the University of Malta. She has led the public health response to the COVID‑19 pandemic.
